Dual Frequency Combined Heating System

The synthetic dual frequency heating system is a new system derived from high-frequency power electronics and heat treatment technology which synthesizes a high and low frequencies to keep a single heating coil.

Varying the power ratio of the two frequencies is virtually the same as changing frequencies and in so doing, the optimal heat treatment of a variety of irregularly-shaped parts, such as gears, steering parts, racks, ball screws, and so on can be performed.
